HOW TO USE

Empty one VagSteam Herbs in bowl, and add about 1 litre of boiling water to brew.
Ensure all underwear is removed and the steam temperature is not too hot for you, before beginning the steam.
Sit above the bowl and cover your lower body with a towel.
Steam for no less than 20 mins or as you desire.

N.B:

Do not use this product,
– During a menstrual cycle
– If you have open wounds, sores or blisters
– If you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant
– If you have genital piercings, take them out, the heat will cause the piercing to burn.
