A. SHIPPING INFO

1. STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard delivery operates weekdays (Mon. – Fri.) 8am to 6pm.
All orders within the United Kingdom (UK) takes approximately 3-5 working days.

Opening Hours:
Monday to Saturday: 8am – 7:30pm
Sunday: 10am – 4pm

2. NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Need HBT products a.s.a.p.? This service is only available for deliveries to London, Essex, Luton, Milton Keynes & North Hampton in the United Kingdom (UK) for a Fee of £8.95.

Next working day delivery needs to be placed on/by 12.30pm to be received the following day.

3. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Good news, we can deliver your items abroad.
Please note, we have no control over taxes and duties. Shipping cost does not include tax. Customs in the respective countries determines duties and taxes to be paid.

There is no Next Day delivery for international deliveries.

 

B. POSTAGE/DELIVERY POLICY

ORDER, MAKE PAYMENT & SELECT PICK-UP POINT

  • Please allow up to ( 24 hours Mon – Fri) (48 hours Fri- Sun) after order confirmation to receive pick up notification.
  • Once your order is ready for pick up, you’ll receive a text message with the pick up details.
  • Ensure you enter your correct mobile number & email.

All orders are posted via RoyalMail.

Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.

Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at your home or work address to accept your delivery.

At HerbsByTifah, we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected.

 

KINDLY NOTE THAT:
i.  HerbsByTifah will not be responsible for:

  • Missed delivery
  • Wrong address as a result of address given on order.
  • Should your order be undelivered or damaged. Tracking information will be provided.

 

ii.  HerbsByTifah will file a claim with Royal Mail for undelivered/damages item (10 days after the expected delivery date)

  • You will receive the proof of completed claim on Royal Mail website and allow 30 days for it to be dealt with.
  • You will be notified about the outcome of the claim after Royal Mail investigation, If successful.

 

  • 1st class recorded delivery maximum pay out on a claim is £50 per parcel.
  • Should your purchase exceed £50, consider splitting the order to cover a maximum of £50 compensation per order.
  • Exceeding £50 per order means you agree to accept the Royal Mail maximum pay.

 

  • HerbsByTifah will not be responsible for paying the difference.

 

C. REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. RETURNS

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. T&Cs apply.

2. EXCHANGES

Our policy allows for order changes within 2 hours of purchase, but the new order must be of equal value to the initial order, and no refunds will be issued for any price difference.

2. ORDER CANCELLATION

We understand that sometimes circumstances change and orders might need to be cancelled. Therefore, if you need to cancel your order, we offer a cancellation window of 24 hours, during which time you can receive a refund minus a cancellation fee of £1.45. Please note that after the 24-hour window has passed, cancellations will no longer be possible, and refunds will not be issued.

3. SALE ITEMS

All sale items are not returnable for exchange or refund.

 

D. INSURANCE

HerbsByTifah insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.

For all deliveries we require a signature, at which point responsibility for your purchased products passes to you (i.e, on the your receipt of your purchase).

Not the receiver of the purchase? If you got your items as a gift or something similar, then the person who signs for the package and confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

 

SOME USEFUL TIPS:

  • Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. This includes a period where your items will be processed and dispatched by us. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
  • We’re all about good relationships and we work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
  • To minimize delays, we recommend using a valid address as your delivery address.
